Kinesiology is natural system of healing, supporting energetic harmony between the mind, body and emotions. The use of muscle monitoring to identify energy imbalances, means that you do not need to worry about explaining everything in detail, as we can still get to the root of what is going on through the wisdom of the body.
Muscle monitoring is a simple, gentle, non-invasive muscle feedback process to connect with the subconscious mind and body, to understand what is needed to restore balance on a particular issue.
In a session, the client will be fully clothed and comfortable laying on a practitioner table, and a Kinesiologist will check the energetic balance of relevant muscles of the body by testing their energy. Majority of muscle monitoring used to communicate with the wisdom of the body, is often using the brachioradialis muscle of the forearm, in a gentle non invasive process.
Kinesiology does not treat or diagnose diseases. Rather Kinesiology works with imbalances in the body’s energy, similar to the concept of energy flow in acupuncture.
Emotions are ‘energy in motion’
The energy of an emotion or experience that is blocked or unprocessed, can create energetic disharmony in the energy systems of the body and influence nervous system states. This leads to adaptations in how we might function on a physical, mental, emotional, chemical and spiritual level.
Kinesiology uses techniques to help with brain integration, development, stress relief, shifting limiting patterns and beliefs, promoting wellbeing in your sense of self and relationships, and is a safe and effective support for all ages.
